I actually went through this boot camp down here in Dallas, TX when Kristy started it a few years back. I started off as her personal training client and she offered the boot camp to me instead of renewing my membership. I lost 24.5 pounds in 8 weeks and I lost even more body fat percentage. I made sure my nutrition was great though. I still keep in touch with Kristy we are still friends even though she lives in Nashville now. Love her and the boot camp I wish she would move back here so she can train me again. |
