 OMG!

| I was 165 and I got on those blessed meds and I lost 30 pounds in 1 and a 1/2 months! I am not finished yet. I have to loose 10 pounds. I just hope that after I am off the meds I don't gain it back. These meds don't make you go to the bathroom or anything like that. They just make you not so hungry and stop ALL kinds of cravings. I mean I was a chocolate fanatic and I could not walk past it with out having a little taste. Now I don't even look at it. You can put it in my face and it is like looking at something that you know tastes good, but can live without. Then you can make good choices when you eat and you don't cheat AT ALL!!!! People think that eating a little here and there does not make a difference in weight loss, but it sure did for me. I exercise too, because it makes you loose even faster, but really it is like 30 min on the eliptical at my own pace and light weights for like 20 min. If you want to just walk, it is fine too. Drink tons of water. I have never been able to stick to a program EVER, but this one really worked. |
