 Unclean, unprofessional and dishone

| I went to this clinic to join the program. Upon opening the door, my first thought was: This clinic is very unclean looking. Staff was not friendly or helpful with any questions that I asked. But, I went ahead and joined which was my mistake. When taking labwork they put you in a office that other patients are in getting their weight and blood pressure checked. Now I believe that is against HIPPA privacy act. The containers they have the injections in are dirty, they have food in a cooler where the drinks they sell are in. Over all I wouldn't recommend this clinic to another patient. I don't have an issue with this clinic, I just felt I needed to save someone else the trouble. Carol C. |

Unclean, unprofessional

| I went to join this program and when I opened the door the first look I got it is very unclean. Staff is not friendly or do they seem to care about you as a potential customer. I went ahead an joined because that is where I was told to go. I was thinking I was joining another weight loss clinic in town. When I asked this clinic if they were Wiregrass Weight Loss they said yes. Come to find out it was the wrong clinic I joined. That is not an honest way to do business. I would not recommend this clinic at all. Carol C. |
